About O'Neill
Sometime around 1952, Jack O'Neill opened the first surf shop in a garage across the Great Highway. He shaped a few balsa surfboards and sold accessories like paraffin wax and few vests (glued together from neoprene). When the vests started selling, Jack decided to go into the wetsuit business. His friends laughed. They asked him what he planned to do for business after the handful of surfers in the area had bought one. Jack said he'd cross that bridge when he got to it.

The quality of shirt and material are great but the sizes run small. The stitching does help revent rashes while kayaking.

Bought this shirt for my son because he outgrew his old shirt--I mean I know they should be tight but this was ridiculous. So came to my favorite website, Amazon.com, and looked through all the shirts. Had my family of four all pick which shirt they liked the most and this one came up on top, hands down. So, the shirt arrives quickly. We go on vacation and the most absolutely stunning guy in a swim shirt is my son. The blue trim on the shoulders really set him off. I highly recommend this shirt. He likes it, I like it, you can't go wrong :D

I change my old O'Neill rashguard for this new, after 10 years intensive use for surfing, stayed XXL. Only one trick, this is not good enough to protect against pitbull bites (the uniques holes after all this time). Perfect fit, U.V. protection and free movements. Only the best. 10.

Wore this shirt last month on a cruise around the Bahamas, I'm allergic to the sun and this blocked out everything. XL is what I wear and it fit nice and tight, which is what I wanted being in the water. Great shirt.
